        Adolfo Martini is a highly engaging and strategic consultant with a solid business and HR background.

        After graduating in Contemporary History (Economics, Social & Communication) with honors from the University of Turin, Italy, Adolfo went on to complete a course in Business & Management at Insead Fontainebleau, France.        After more than 27 years in Marketing and HR at L’Oréal, Adolfo has extensive experience of working in a very dynamic environment as business leader and HR strategic partner. He gained considerable experience in leading transformational change, improving organization agility and supporting managers at all levels to boost performance and develop talent.

        In particular he achieved unparalleled experience setting up the Talent Management and Organization Development function for Europe in the past 6 years, accompanying profound changes and disruptive innovations in business models and transforming the marketing strategy in the digital age.

        Adolfo had the advantage of growing up in culturally diverse countries. He lived in France, Spain and Italy and studied in Paris, Cranfield and Milan. He has traveled extensively, covering all continents and over 70 countries from Indonesia to Equador, from Zimbabwe to Russia... Adolfo is fluent in 4 languages and able to deal with people from all horizons and generations.

        His personal interests are as diverse. He inherited a love of creative writing from his grandfather, collaborating with various newspapers as a journalist. He followed several cooking classes in France and in Italy, and has developed a strong sense for design thinking.

 

        Above all else, what drives Adolfo is his passion for people in challenging situations. He believes in their abilities to adapt and learn by practice on the job. He brings his ability to simplify complex situations, generate different scenarios and motivate people to give their best.
